Crocs CRM

A CRM and lifecycle email design project for Crocs, focused on key automated flows designed to drive engagement and revenue, including a birthday journey (prompting customers to share their date of birth, reminding them ahead of time, and delivering a celebratory discount on the day) and win-back emails aimed at re-engaging lapsed customers with personalised offers. I designed each email to match Crocs' bold, playful brand identity, using bright colour blocking, sticker-style graphics, and energetic typography to bring the brand's fun, self-expressive personality into the inbox, with templates built to be localised across multiple markets and languages including German, French, and Dutch, resulting in a flexible set of lifecycle email templates that support Crocs' CRM strategy and help convert one-off shoppers into repeat customers internationally.
